  • Initiated the Multi-Door Courthouse (MDC) concept in Nigeria and founded The Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse in 2002.
  • Consultant to the Judiciary of the Federal Capital Territory on the establishment of The Abuja Multi-Door Courthouse. Today, NCMG remains the most sought after non governmental body by both the Executive and Judicial arms of government in Africa.
  • Proposed the introduction of ADR in the Appellate Court through The Court of Appeal Mediation Program (CAMP)
  • Initiated the Peace Awards in 2006; which is a platform to identify and encourage individuals to contribute to entrenching peaceful modes of dispute resolution, conflict management and prevention. Some of the past awardees are Nelson Mandela, Kofi Annan and Justice Kayode Eso among many others.
  • Introduced peer mediation program in schools to address cultism, enhance parents-teachers relationship and help students of the same age-group resolve disputes amicably.
  • Proposed the first Executive Bill in Nigeria that led to the promulgation of the law on the MDC; The Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse Law.
  • Introduced “Mergers and Acquisition Dispute Resolution Program” (MADREP) to the Nigerian Banking Industry in 2005.
  • Initiated the ADR Summit; a platform to advocate leading edge thinking on ADR practice to proffer ADR solutions to on-going issues in Africa. The Summit is the first of its kind in Africa and it is now the biggest ADR gathering of practitioners in the industry.
  • Established The NCMG College (TNC) an exclusive finishing school for Negotiation and Conflict Management, to encourage and develop awareness and standards in negotiation, dispute resolution and diplomacy.
